Why import a car from Korea?
Korean cars are known for their high quality and competitive prices. Korea is a leading automaker and hosts all the world's dealerships, creating a highly competitive market. Furthermore, the Korean government requires dealerships to offer cars with technologies and trims that guarantee product quality within Korea, sometimes making them superior to versions destined for other countries.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 45 to 60 days from the date the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Is there a saving in the value of the car?
Yes, there are savings, and they vary depending on the price of the car. The higher the value of the car in Saudi Arabia, the greater the savings when importing it.
Is Korea limited to Korean cars only?
No, Korea boasts all global brands, not just Korean cars. German, European, and American cars are available, in addition to Korean cars, and to a lesser extent, Japanese cars due to the intense competition between the two countries.
Is it allowed to import from Japan?
Imports from Japan, whether personal or corporate, are not permitted due to the different specifications of Japanese cars compared to those compatible with Arab countries. Therefore, it is preferable to import from Korea to ensure specifications are identical.
How do you guarantee the quality of the imported car?
All of the vehicles we offer are in agency condition (clean title) and accompanied by an inspection report, which is reviewed before shipping them to the customer. We have an agent in Korea who inspects the vehicle upon reservation and contracting, documenting this with a video showing the customer's name and the selected vehicle. We also inspect the vehicle again (agency inspection) after the purchase is complete and before shipping it.
What is the payment method, and are installments available?
Payment is made in two installments: the first is when reserving the vehicle and paying a deposit, followed by an inspection. After verifying its condition and quality and reviewing its documentation, the customer pays the remaining amount to complete the purchase and ship it to Saudi Arabia. Currently, no installment plans are available, as all purchases from Korea are made in cash.
Can the deposit be refunded after booking?
Yes, the customer is entitled to a refund of the deposit if the vehicle does not meet specifications or is found to be defective during inspection. In this case, the customer can have the deposit refunded or choose an alternative vehicle. However, if the vehicle meets specifications and the inspection passes, the deposit is non-refundable.
What guarantees do you offer?
We provide a contract that includes all terms and procedures, as well as a detailed invoice with the date and commercial registration number, detailing the vehicle's condition and model, stamped with the commercial registration seal. Payments are transferred to the official company account, not a personal account.
